Weekly Witches Workshop

SUMMARY

The workshops are run as individual sessions with some ongoing work incorporating Circle casting. Each session has an introduction to the practice before we move into the ritual practicum. The techniques introduced include psychic develoment, trance, tarot, energy work for healing, astral doorways, familiar spirits, spellcraft and chants, the use of incense, herbs and wine, and the alchemy of the four elements—earth, air, fire and water—and how Witches use them. Questions are encouraged throughout each class.

SCHEDULE

We start at 8pm, concluding around 10.30pm. 4 weekly sessions $25 each, or casual attendance $30. There are limited places of up to 13 students in each class.

IMPORTANT—From Monday 17 May to Monday 7 June "Casting the Witch's Circle" workshop is running in place of our regular class. This is a 4 week course, please here for details.

 

Each week the group explores the ways of the Witch through ritual and trance. These workshops are run as an open and ongoing weekly Circle (training group) where you can join in at any time. Each class can be used as your starting point and you'll be supported through material new to you. The evening is usually divided into two parts—the first half exploring any introduced theory, followed by a practicum. The practicum (practice) usually incorporates a simple Circle-casting ritual where we then apply what we've learned in the theory session.

 

I was a little surprised to see so many forms of spirituality incorporated within the workshop. My impression of what you teach is that it is a little off the mainstream witchcraft path, if there is such a thing. The principles of Yoga, Tai Chi, Shamanism, Anthroposophy, Energetic and Spiritual Healing all seem to be incorporated. Wow! I feel like I’ve finally figured out why I have all these tools. Heidi

 

Learn how to use the Witch's Circle to transform your life and restore a connection with the psychic reality. This is an opportunity to give voice to your psychic experiences. The magickal work we undertake also fosters a social network which helps to build a sense of community.
